PhotoWash: Geo Photo Albums

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using PhotoWash ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

PhotoWash is a photo organization tool that helps you group photos by location, find duplicates, detect blurry images, and manage your photo library. The App is provided "as is" and processes all data locally on your device.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the content (photos) in your library
• You must not use the App for any illegal purposes
• You must have appropriate rights to access and manage the photos you process

4. Photo Deletion — Important Notice

!You decide which photos to delete — the App only suggests candidates
!Deleted photos can be recovered from "Recently Deleted" in iOS Photos for 30 days
!We are NOT responsible for photos lost after this recovery period
!We strongly recommend reviewing photos before confirming deletion

5. Album Creation

Albums are created in your standard iOS Photos library. We do not store copies of albums or photos on any external servers.

6. AI Smart Search

• Search results may not be 100% accurate
• Machine learning models run locally and have inherent limitations
• We do not guarantee perfect classification or detection

7. Subscription Terms

Billing

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period

Management & Cancellation

• Manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• Access continues until the end of the paid period
• Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when purchasing a subscription

Refunds

Refunds are handled through Apple according to their standard App Store refund policy. Please contact Apple Support for refund requests.

8. Intellectual Property

PhotoWash and all related trademarks, logos, and content are the property of plane4bear. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PhotoWash and plane4bear shall not be liable for:

• Loss of user data or photos
• Inaccurate analysis results or classifications
• Temporary unavailability of the service
• Issues with iOS or your device
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless plane4bear from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
