Authenticator 2FA – Ring

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Authenticator 2FA – Ring ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Authenticator 2FA – Ring is a TOTP (Time-Based One-Time Password) code generator for two-factor authentication. The App stores your secrets locally in iOS Keychain and generates 6-digit codes based on the TOTP standard (RFC 6238). The App is protected by Face ID and has no server-side component.

3. Security Disclaimer — Important Notice

  • !You are solely responsible for backing up your TOTP secret keys
  • !If you delete the App or lose your device, your secrets cannot be recovered
  • !The App does not provide cloud backup or cross-device sync
  • !Always save recovery codes provided by the services you protect with 2FA
  • !This App is not a substitute for professional security advice

4. User Responsibilities

  • • Keep your device secure and up to date
  • • Do not share your TOTP secrets with others
  • • Maintain backup copies of your secret keys or recovery codes
  • • You are responsible for securing access to your device and Face ID

5. Subscription Terms

Free Features

  • • Face ID protection
  • • Add accounts via QR code or manual entry
  • • View and copy TOTP codes

Premium Features (Subscription)

  • • Recent codes sorting
  • • Folders for organizing accounts
  • • Home Screen widget
  • • Custom card colors and service icons

Billing

  • • Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
  • • Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period

Cancellation

  • • You can cancel your subscription at any time in App Store settings
  • • Access to premium features continues until the end of the current paid period
  • • No refunds for partial subscription periods
  • • Free features remain available after cancellation

6. Intellectual Property

Authenticator 2FA – Ring and all related trademarks, logos, and content are the property of plane4bear. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Authenticator 2FA – Ring and plane4bear shall not be liable for:

  • • Loss of TOTP secrets or inability to access protected accounts
  • • Unauthorized access resulting from device compromise
  • • Loss of access due to device loss, damage, or app deletion
  • • Temporary unavailability of the service
  • • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
